Privacy Policy
Rapidialer by Botcadence ("Rapidialer," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit https://rapidialer.com or use the Rapidialer application.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide (such as name, email, and organization information) when you sign up or invite teammates.
- Product usage data needed to operate calling, lists, scripts, billing, and support, such as call history metadata you create in the app.
- Technical logs (IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP) used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Payment-related information processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on Rapidialer servers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Rapidialer, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send transactional email (verification, invites, password reset), and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run the product (for example hosting, email, and payments) under appropriate agreements, and when required by law.
Twilio and your telephony data
Rapidialer connects to your Twilio account at your direction. Voice traffic and Twilio billing are governed by your agreement with Twilio. Store credentials securely and revoke access if you stop using Rapidialer.
Chrome extension
If you install the Rapidialer Dialer Chrome extension, it stores your authenticated Rapidialer session locally in Chrome so it can keep you signed in. The extension sends the phone number you choose, call metadata, and authenticated requests to Rapidialer and Twilio to place and record the call. It requests microphone access only when you start a call; microphone audio is used for the live call and is not used for browsing analytics. The extension does not read webpage content or browsing history.
