Why Rapidialer runs on your own Twilio account
Most dialers resell telephony: they bundle minutes and numbers into a seat price, so you pay their markup on every call and your numbers live in their account. Teams that already use Twilio end up paying twice, or giving up the numbers and call records they built.
Rapidialer does the opposite. You connect your Twilio account, your numbers stay yours, Twilio bills you its own rates, and Rapidialer charges only for the dialer. If you ever leave, your numbers, recordings and Twilio history stay exactly where they were.
What Rapidialer deliberately leaves out
Rapidialer dials one call at a time. It has no predictive or parallel dialing, because those modes connect people to agents who are not ready, create abandoned calls and raise compliance risk. It also does not drop pre-recorded voicemails: Twilio says ringless voicemail and voicemail drops do not align with its terms of service (Twilio Support).
Everything else serves a focused rep working a list: a fast next-call loop, a script on screen and an outcome logged for every call. Calls sync to HubSpot, other tools connect through webhooks and the API, and AI call summaries run on the customer’s own Deepgram and Claude, OpenAI or Gemini accounts.
