Dialer pricing guides: what each power dialer costs a team
A dialer’s list price is only part of the bill. These guides break down what each dialer charges per user, whether calling minutes and phone numbers are included, the contract terms and the add-ons that raise the total, with every price linked to its source. For comparison, Rapidialer costs $5 per seat a month and Twilio bills your calls separately.

What to add to the list price
Two dialers with the same list price can cost very different amounts once a team calls every day. Before you compare totals, check each of these in writing:
- Calling minutes. Some plans bundle unlimited US calling; others, including Rapidialer, bill calls through a telephony account at Twilio’s per-minute rates. Estimate your usage with the Twilio call cost calculator.
- Phone numbers. Local numbers for local presence are usually billed per number per month.
- Minimums and contracts. Annual-only plans, user minimums and auto-renewal change what a small team pays in year one.
- Add-ons. Multi-line dialing, voicemail drop, SMS, CRM integrations and AI features are often priced separately.
