Key takeaways
- Plans that include power dialing are published from $4.99 a month (Nethram, own Twilio account) to $183 per user a month billed annually (PhoneBurner Premium).
- Annual billing saves 15% on PhoneBurner Standard ($140 vs $165), 20% on BatchDialer and 25% on Aircall, against their monthly prices.
- Extra lines cost more: Mojo Dialer’s triple-line plan is $139 per license a month against $89 for single-line.
- Rapidialer is $5 per seat a month or $49 per seat a year; a monthly plan cancels from the Billing page and ends with the paid period.
Power dialer pricing runs from about $5 to more than $180 per user a month, and the gap comes from the pricing model, not the dialing. Tools on your own Twilio account charge only for software; bundled plans include unlimited calling in a higher seat price. Check four things in any quote: what the plan includes, seat minimums, monthly or annual terms, and what calling costs on top.
We make Rapidialer, so read the comparisons with that in mind. Every competitor price below links to its source, checked in October 2026. Prices change, so confirm them on the vendor’s page before you buy.
How are power dialers priced?
Power dialers are sold in five ways: seat plans with calling included, seat plans with calling billed by usage, software on a carrier account you bring, per-dial credits, and quotes. Each puts the cost in a different place.
Seat price with calling included. You pay per user, and minutes to the US and Canada are part of the plan. PhoneBurner includes unlimited calling in every plan (PhoneBurner pricing), and Mojo Dialer includes unlimited minutes (Mojo Dialer FAQ). The bill is predictable, but light users pay for minutes they never use.
Seat price plus usage. The software has a seat price and calls are metered on top. Close says outbound minutes and phone numbers cost extra on its plans (Close pricing). The seat is cheaper than an all-in plan, and the bill moves with volume.
Software on your own carrier account. The dialer connects to a Twilio account you own. You pay the vendor for software and Twilio for minutes and numbers, at Twilio’s per-minute rates with no markup. Nethram, DialSheet and Rapidialer work this way. Your numbers and recordings stay in your account if you switch tools; registering and looking after those numbers is your job.
Per dial. You buy credit and pay for each attempt. CallHub’s Essentials plan charges $0.045 per dial with no minimum (CallHub pricing), and what each dial costs is easier to compare when you know your connect rate. A quiet month costs little; a busy one can cost more than a seat plan.
Quote only. Kixie publishes plan names but not prices. Third-party reports put its plans at about $95 to $215 per user a month (Aloware), but only a written quote tells you what you will pay. The Kixie pricing guide walks through the reported tiers.
What does each plan include?
The plan that includes the power dialer is often not the entry plan, so compare the tier you would actually buy. The table lists what each vendor publishes for that tier.
| Vendor | Plan with power dialing | Price per user a month | Calling |
|---|---|---|---|
| PhoneBurner | Standard | $140 annual, $165 monthly | Unlimited, included |
| JustCall | Pro | $49 annual, $69 monthly, two-user minimum | Unlimited US and Canada within fair use |
| Aircall | Professional | $50 annual, three-license minimum | Unlimited US and Canada |
| CloudTalk | Expert, or a $15 add-on on lower plans | $49 annual, $69 monthly, three-user minimum on Expert | Up to 10,000 US and Canada minutes under fair use |
| Close | Growth | $99 annual, $109 monthly | Billed as usage |
| Mojo Dialer | Single Line Dialer | $89, plus $10 Agent Access | Unlimited, included |

Read the seat minimums before the price. One rep on Aircall pays for three licenses, and one rep on JustCall pays for two. For the plans and add-ons behind a single vendor, the PhoneBurner pricing guide breaks down each of its three tiers. Can you get a power dialer with no contract?
Yes: most power dialers publish a monthly price, and the annual price is a discount for committing, not a requirement. The difference is how much the monthly option costs you.
- Mojo Dialer describes its plans as month-to-month and prepaid, with no setup or cancellation fees (Mojo Dialer FAQ).
- PhoneBurner lists annual and monthly prices for every plan; Standard is $140 a month billed annually or $165 billed monthly, so monthly costs about 18% more.
- BatchDialer says annual billing saves 20% (BatchDialer), and Aircall says its annual plans are 25% cheaper than monthly.
- CallHub has no seat at all on its pay-as-you-go plan, so there is nothing to cancel.
Before you sign, read the order form for three things: whether “annual” means paid upfront or a 12-month commitment billed monthly, whether you can remove seats mid-term, and what happens to your phone numbers when you leave. Numbers that live in a vendor’s account may need a port-out request; numbers in your own Twilio account stay where they are.
A 12-month example for three reps
Take three reps on PhoneBurner Standard. Billed monthly, a year costs 3 × $165 × 12 = $5,940. Billed annually, it costs 3 × $140 × 12 = $5,040. The $900 saving is real, and so is the risk: if one rep leaves in month four, the annual team keeps paying for that seat.
On Rapidialer, the same three seats cost $15 a month or $147 a year, with Twilio usage on top. Monthly billing costs $33 more over the year than yearly billing, so there is little reason to commit before you know the tool fits.
Why does auto dialer pricing cost more?
Auto dialer pricing covers predictive, parallel and multi-line modes, and vendors charge more when a rep can ring several numbers at once. The premium is easy to see where a vendor sells both:
- Mojo Dialer: $89 per license a month for single-line, $139 for triple-line (Mojo Dialer).
- Close: the power dialer starts on Growth at $99 per user a month billed annually; the predictive dialer is on Scale at $139 (Close).
- CloudTalk: a parallel dialer add-on for up to 10 lines at $39 per user a month billed annually, on any plan (CloudTalk).
- Kixie: a reported $145 per user a month for its single-line PowerDialer and $185 for multi-line (Aloware).
Extra lines also raise costs outside the subscription. They burn through lists faster and produce more unanswered and very short calls, which matters on Twilio: its North America terms allow a $0.015 charge per unanswered or six-seconds-or-shorter call once those reach 20% of a month’s calls (Twilio terms). Whether the extra conversations pay for that depends on your answer rate; the trade is laid out in single-line vs multi-line dialing, and the difference between the categories in auto dialer vs power dialer.
What should you add to the seat price?
- Calling. On your own Twilio account, a browser call to a US number costs $0.0140 a minute for the phone leg plus $0.0040 for the browser leg, and recording adds $0.0025 a minute (Twilio US voice pricing). At 1,000 minutes a month that is $20.50 per rep. The Twilio call cost calculator works it out for your volume.
- Numbers. $1.15 a month per US local number on Twilio, or the vendor’s per-number price.
- Add-ons. Mojo Dialer charges $10 per user for Agent Access on top of the dialer license; CloudTalk sells the power dialer itself as an add-on on Starter and Essential.
- Seat minimums and unused seats. Price the seats you pay for, not the reps you have.
Where Rapidialer fits
Rapidialer has one plan: $5 per seat a month, or $49 per seat a year, with a 14-day free trial on one seat and no credit card. There is no seat minimum, seat changes are prorated, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Every seat includes Power Dial, talk tracks, outcomes, the lead pipeline, follow-ups, local presence, calling hours, recording and analytics, plus two-way SMS, HubSpot sync, webhooks, cadences and live call monitoring. AI call summaries are included too, billed by the AI providers whose keys you add. Calls run on your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills minutes and numbers directly.
It is single-line only, has no voicemail drop and connects natively to HubSpot alone, so a team that needs multi-line dialing, recorded drops or a native Salesforce link will pay more elsewhere for good reason. Full details are on the pricing page.

Questions and answers
How much does a power dialer cost per month?
A power dialer costs from about $5 to more than $180 per user a month, depending on the pricing model. Tools that run on your own Twilio account, such as Nethram’s Auto Dialer for Twilio at $4.99 and Rapidialer at $5 per seat, charge only for software. Bundled plans with unlimited calling, such as PhoneBurner, start at $140 per user a month billed annually.
Is there a power dialer with no contract?
Yes. Several power dialers bill month to month. Mojo Dialer says its plans are month-to-month and prepaid with no setup or cancellation fees, and PhoneBurner, BatchDialer, Aircall and CloudTalk all list monthly prices beside their annual ones. Rapidialer bills monthly or yearly per seat, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Is annual billing worth it for a power dialer?
Annual billing on a power dialer is worth it only after a trial on your real lists has shown the tool fits. The saving is real: PhoneBurner Standard is $140 per user a month billed annually against $165 monthly, and BatchDialer says annual billing saves 20%. The cost is flexibility, because you pay for the year even if a rep leaves.
What does auto dialer pricing look like compared with power dialer pricing?
Auto dialer pricing is usually higher than power dialer pricing because multi-line, parallel and predictive modes sit on upper tiers or add-ons. Close keeps its predictive dialer on the $139 Scale plan and its power dialer on the $99 Growth plan, both per user billed annually, and CloudTalk sells a parallel dialer add-on at $39 per user a month.
Why are some power dialers so much cheaper than others?
Power dialers that run on your own carrier account, such as Twilio, do not resell minutes or numbers, so their price covers only the software and the carrier bills you directly. All-in-one dialers fold calling, numbers and often CRM features into one higher price per user, which buys a single invoice and protection from usage spikes.
Do power dialers charge for phone numbers?
Most power dialers charge for phone numbers in some way. On your own Twilio account, a US local number is $1.15 a month. BatchDialer includes 10 numbers per agent on Starter, and Aircall charges $6 a month for each extra number. Count the numbers you need for each rep, plus any for local presence, before comparing plans.
