Call scripts
Cold calling script templates you can load as talk tracks
Each script is written the way Rapidialer shows it during a call: a short opener, then stages for discovery, the pitch, objections and the close. Merge fields fill in the contact and company, and every script comes with the objections you will actually hear.

How to use these scripts
Copy a script, such as the real estate cold calling script or the insurance cold calling script, into Rapidialer as a new talk track, then rewrite the lines until they sound like your reps rather than like a template. During a call, reps jump between stages instead of reading top to bottom, and the stage each call reached is saved with it, so you can see where conversations tend to stop.
Three merge fields fill in on screen: {{contact}} for the lead’s name, {{company}} for their company and {{last_notes}} for the notes from the last call. Other tokens show up blank, so the scripts use only those three.
A script is not a compliance plan
Good wording does not make a call lawful. Before you call, check the people on your list against your own Do Not Call list and the national registry, and call inside the hours that apply where they live; Rapidialer can enforce a calling window per list.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are these call scripts free to use?
Yes. Copy them into any dialer or onto paper. Loading them into Rapidialer as talk tracks is optional and only saves retyping.
How long should a cold calling script be?
Short: an opener of two or three sentences, a few discovery questions, answers to the common objections and one clear ask. The stages let a rep jump to the part of the conversation they are in, not read a page aloud.
