After the founding spots are taken, the price is $5. There are no per-minute fees from us: calls run on your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills minutes and phone numbers at its published rates.

What Twilio charges
These are Twilio’s published US pay-as-you-go rates. A call placed from the browser is billed on two legs, the browser and the phone line, and partial minutes round up to the next minute.

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days with one seat and needs no credit card. Connect Twilio, import a list and dial for real; when the trial ends, choose monthly or yearly billing on the Billing page to keep calling and to invite teammates.
Everything in Rapidialer: the browser softphone, lists and Power Dial, talk tracks, outcomes, leads and pipeline, follow-ups, the Do Not Call list, local presence, calling hours, call history, analytics and the Chrome extension. Every member (owner, admin or agent) and every pending invite uses a seat.
No, and that is the point: you call through your own Twilio account and pay Twilio’s published rates directly, with no markup from Rapidialer. Your Twilio invoice covers minutes, phone numbers and recording; the Rapidialer subscription covers the dialer.

Yes. Add or remove seats from the Billing page and the change is prorated. If you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. Invoices are available as PDFs from the billing portal.
Twilio’s North America terms let it charge $0.015 for each unanswered call, or each call of six seconds or less, once those calls make up 20% or more of your month’s calls, and $0.01 per minute when your average call lasts under 30 seconds.
