Power dialer features for outbound teams on Twilio
Rapidialer is one outbound workspace on top of your Twilio account: a browser softphone, CSV call lists, Power Dial, talk tracks, call outcomes, follow-ups and a lead pipeline. Each page below explains how a feature works in the app today, with its limits stated plainly.

The features behind one call
Every call in Rapidialer runs the same loop. The Dialer loads the next contact from a list or from the due follow-ups queue, places the call through your Twilio account from the browser, shows the talk track with the contact’s details filled in, and asks for an outcome in wrap-up. With Power Dial on, the next contact is dialed after a 5-second countdown.
- Dialing: Power Dial, calling hours in the contact’s time zone and local presence caller ID.
- Talking: call scripts staged as talk tracks, and inbound calls that ring the assigned rep on any Rapidialer page, then the team.
- Logging: call outcomes, the Do Not Call list, follow-ups and the lead pipeline.
- Reviewing: call recording, call analytics and team roles for owners, admins and agents.
What is not on the list
Rapidialer also ships HubSpot sync, signed webhooks and REST API keys, two-way SMS with missed-call text-back, answering-machine detection, AI call summaries on your own Deepgram and Claude, OpenAI or Gemini keys, transfers with live listen, whisper and barge, cadences and caller-ID health checks.
It still has no predictive dialing, no parallel or multi-line dialing, no voicemail drop, no native CRM other than HubSpot (others connect through webhooks or the API), no email sending, no AI voice agents and no mobile apps. Each feature page ends with the limits that apply to that feature, so you can rule it in or out before a trial.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are all features included in every seat?
Yes. There is one plan, and every seat gets every feature; nothing is sold as an add-on. Twilio bills your calling usage separately. See pricing.
Is Power Dial a predictive dialer?
No. Power Dial calls one contact per rep, and only after the rep has logged the last call’s outcome and a 5-second countdown has passed. Nobody is called before a rep is ready to talk.
Does Rapidialer work without a Twilio account?
No. Rapidialer places every call through a Twilio account you connect, and Twilio supplies the phone numbers and the minutes. See bring your own Twilio.
