Cheapest Power Dialers in 2026: Real Monthly Costs

What the lowest-priced power dialers really cost per month once you add calling minutes, phone numbers and seat minimums.

Updated · By

Key takeaways

  • For three reps at 1,000 Twilio minutes each, Rapidialer costs about $80 a month all in, DialSheet Pro about $152 and PhoneBurner $420.
  • For one caller, DialSheet is free up to 500 calls a month, and Nethram’s Auto Dialer for Twilio is $4.99 a month after a 14-day trial.
  • PhoneBurner starts at $140 per user a month billed annually, or $165 billed monthly, with unlimited calling included.
  • JustCall and Aircall keep power dialing on their second tier: $49 per user and $50 per license a month, billed annually.
  • On your own Twilio account, 1,000 browser-call minutes with recording and one local number cost about $21.65 per rep a month.

The cheapest power dialer depends on team size. For a team of two or more reps that shares lists, scripts and outcomes, Rapidialer is $5 a seat on your own Twilio account: about $80 a month all in for three reps at 1,000 minutes each, against about $152 on DialSheet Pro and $420 on PhoneBurner. For one caller, DialSheet’s free tier and Nethram’s $4.99 extension cost less.

We make Rapidialer, so read this with that in mind. Every competitor price below links to its source, checked in October 2026; vendors change prices, so confirm before you buy.

Which power dialers have the lowest prices?

The lowest list prices belong to dialers that run on a Twilio account you own, because they charge only for software. The table shows the entry price that includes power dialing for each product we checked.

Two things stand out. The cheapest tools are all bring-your-own-Twilio, because they do not resell minutes; each is an auto dialer on your Twilio account with a different amount of workflow around it. And among all-in-one products, the power dialer often sits on a mid-tier plan rather than the entry plan: JustCall and Aircall both reserve it for their second tier. For the plans behind two of these rows, see the PhoneBurner pricing and Kixie pricing guides.

What does a power dialer really cost per month?

A power dialer costs its software price plus calling, numbers and any add-ons, so the seat price is only part of the bill. A fair comparison adds everything a working team pays:

  • Software: the seat price, including any annual commitment and seat minimum.
  • Calling: minutes to the numbers you call. All-in-one dialers include them, sometimes with limits; bring-your-own-carrier dialers leave them to your carrier.
  • Phone numbers: most teams want at least one local number per rep, more for local presence.
  • Add-ons: recording, local presence, CRM integrations or the power dialer itself can cost extra.
  • Carrier surcharges: on your own Twilio account, Twilio’s North America terms allow extra charges when many calls are unanswered or very short (Twilio terms).

Example: a five-rep team

Here is a month for five reps, each with about 1,000 billed minutes (roughly 50 minutes of talk and voicemail a day for 20 days) and one local number:

OptionSoftwareCalling and numbersAbout per month
Rapidialer on your Twilio account5 × $5 = $25Twilio: 5,000 minutes on both call legs, recording and 5 numbers ≈ $108.25$133.25
Mojo Dialer, single line5 × $99 = $495Included$495
PhoneBurner Standard, annual5 × $140 = $700Included$700
Kixie single-line PowerDialer (reported)5 × $145 = $725Per quote$725 or more

The Rapidialer line uses Twilio’s published US rates: $0.014 per minute to call a US number, $0.004 per minute for the browser leg, $0.0025 per recorded minute and $1.15 per local number (Twilio US voice pricing). It leaves out Twilio’s possible short-call surcharges, which can add a meaningful amount for cold calling with low answer rates; the Twilio call cost calculator shows them for your own numbers.

Example: three reps and ten reps

The same assumptions scale in a straight line on a bring-your-own-Twilio dialer. Three Rapidialer reps cost $15 in seats and about $64.95 in Twilio usage, so about $79.95 a month. Ten reps cost $50 in seats and about $216.50 to Twilio, so about $266.50. On PhoneBurner Standard billed annually, the same two teams would pay $420 and $1,400 a month, with calling included.

Which power dialers are month-to-month, with no contract?

A power dialer with no contract lets you stop paying when a campaign ends, which matters as much as the headline price for a small team. Billing terms differ more than prices do among the affordable power dialers we checked:

DialerBilling termsSource
RapidialerMonthly or yearly per seat; seat changes prorated; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid periodRapidialer’s pricing page
Mojo DialerMonth to month, prepaid, with no setup or cancellation feesMojo FAQ
PhoneBurnerMonthly service at $165 per user on Standard, or a discounted annual contract at $140PhoneBurner support
KixieA contract term from the first payment; licenses can only be cut in the last 30 days of the termKixie support

Month-to-month usually costs more per seat than an annual term: PhoneBurner’s monthly Standard price is $25 above its annual one. On a bring-your-own-Twilio dialer, Twilio itself is pay as you go, so the carrier side has no term either. Whatever you pick, read the cancellation clause before you sign, not when you want to leave.

Cheap is not the same as good value

A low price only matters if the tool does the job. Before choosing on price, check:

  1. Dialing mode. A single-line power dialer, a parallel dialer and a predictive dialer are different tools. Make sure the cheap option dials the way your team works (power vs predictive).
  2. Team features. Shared lists, roles, callbacks, scripts, a Do Not Call list and reporting matter as soon as there is more than one rep. Some low-cost tools are built for one person.
  3. Who owns the numbers. On your own Twilio account, numbers and recordings stay yours if you switch tools. With bundled telephony, porting numbers out can take work.
  4. Seat minimums and annual terms. A two- or three-seat minimum, or an annual-only price, can make an entry plan more expensive than it looks for a solo rep.
  5. Trial terms. A trial on your real lists, with your real numbers, is the best price check there is.

When is an all-in-one dialer worth paying for?

An all-in-one dialer is worth its higher price when you do not want to manage a carrier account or need features the low-cost tools lack. Bundled dialers cost more, but they are not wrong for everyone. They make sense if you do not want a Twilio account at all, if your reps talk for many hours a day and unlimited minutes protect you from usage spikes, or if you need features that cheap tools lack, such as predictive dialing, SMS or native CRM integrations. Our PhoneBurner, Kixie and Mojo Dialer pages compare those products with Rapidialer feature by feature, and Kixie vs PhoneBurner compares two of them directly.

Where Rapidialer fits

Rapidialer costs $5 per seat per month, or $49 per seat per year, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Every feature is in every seat: Power Dial, scripts, outcomes, pipeline, follow-ups, local presence, calling hours, recording, analytics, two-way SMS, HubSpot sync and webhooks; AI summaries use AI keys you supply. Twilio bills calls at its own rates with no markup from us. It is not the cheapest dialer on the market, and it does not try to be the most powerful; it aims to give a team a complete calling workflow for $5 per rep. See pricing for the details.

Questions and answers

What is the cheapest power dialer?

It depends on how many people dial. For a team of two or more reps, Rapidialer, which we make, is $5 per seat a month on your own Twilio account, about $80 a month all in for three reps, against about $152 on DialSheet Pro. For a single caller, DialSheet’s free tier and Nethram’s $4.99 Chrome extension cost less.

Are unlimited-minute dialers better value?

Unlimited-minute dialers can be better value for reps who talk for many hours a day, because the price does not grow with minutes. At 1,000 minutes a month, though, the seat price is the bigger number: a bundled plan at $140 per user costs more than a $5 seat plus about $21.65 of Twilio usage.

What hidden costs should I check?

The hidden costs in a cheap power dialer are seat minimums, annual-only pricing and paid add-ons for the dialer itself, local presence, recording or CRM sync. Extra phone numbers cost money too. On your own Twilio account, also budget for Twilio’s possible surcharges on unanswered and very short calls, which cold calling can trigger.

Is a free power dialer good enough?

A free power dialer suits one person testing whether list dialing works for them. DialSheet’s free tier, for example, covers one user with up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, according to its G2 profile. A second rep, more volume or team features such as shared lists and roles usually means moving to a paid plan.

What does a power dialer cost for a 10-person team?

A 10-person team pays very different amounts by model. PhoneBurner’s entry plan at $140 per user billed annually is $1,400 a month with calling included. Rapidialer is $50 a month for ten seats, plus about $216.50 of Twilio usage at 1,000 minutes per rep with recording and a local number each, or about $266.50 in total.

Is there a cheap power dialer with no contract?

Yes. Rapidialer bills $5 per seat a month or $49 per seat a year with no long contract, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Mojo Dialer bills month to month with no setup or cancellation fees, and PhoneBurner offers monthly billing at a higher price than its annual contract. Kixie bills on a contract term.

Do cheap power dialers include calling minutes?

The lowest-priced power dialers usually do not include calling minutes. Nethram’s extension, DialSheet and Rapidialer run on your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills each minute and number at its published rates. Mojo Dialer and PhoneBurner include unlimited minutes in a higher per-user price, which trades a bigger bill for one predictable invoice.
